AFINOX CORPORATE CHEF

Born in 1979, the Master, Executive and Corporate Chef Amato Pantaleone, has achieved numerous qualifications over the years, which allowed him to become teacher and expert consultant on the most innovative cooking and food preservation techniques, such as sous-vide and slow cooking techniques.
In 2013 was awarded by the Association of Professional Italian Chefs recognition ” Cappello d’ Oro career ” to be at least twenty years of career in prestigious structures.
Always in love with cooking and pastry, he constantly manages to renew culinary synergies and mixes between his origins from Campania and an innovative and international vision.
In 2024 he joined the Italian National Chefs
For 10 years he has collaborated with us at AFINOX as a 360° Trainer for our customers and as an official Tester for the development and improvement of our equipment.
