In Singapore young aspiring chefs learn with Infinity all-in-one
At the HCSA Academy Culinary Training Centre in Singapore, last November 2nd, Chef Roberto Galetti, Owner of Garibaldi Italian Restaurant, showed the functionalities of Infinity all-in-one blast chillers.
The participants in the event witnessed the food preparation and the realization of different dishes, like Braised Beef, Veal Loin, Salmon, Croissant and Meringues: the Infinity Evolution technology allows to choose specific programs and customize the work phases.
