The service
model, available in the refrigerated version GN 4/1,
is designed for displaying ready-made food: salads, appetisers
and cooked food which require serving staff. It is ideal
for canteens and self-service restaurants or as a display
window for food waiting to be cooked in the grill area;
its extensive glass panel protects the food from external
contamination and highlights and enhances the food displayed,
thus boosting sales.
The unit is made of wood and features refrigerated compartment
with embedded coil, service top, upper structure made
of tempered glass, lighting at the top and wheels at the
bottom for easy movement.
The wood finish comes in light and dark shades; on request
it can be supplied in RAL colours or unfinished. |
