Koro Buffets are available in GN 3/1, GN 4/1, GN 6/1 are made of melamine-faced
wood.
The
service model, available in the refrigerated version GN 4/1, is designed for displaying
ready-made food: salads, appetisers and cooked food which require serving staff.
The
wall model is designed for fitting on walls or vertical
decorative structures. It is available in the refrigerated version GN 4/1, and
has been designed to enhance the display of appetisers, salads, meat and fish.
The
Wings buffet is a refrigerated unit with GN 4/1 container. It is ideal for appetisers,
cooked food and salads, presenting the dishes elegantly and practically and displaying
them to their full advantage. The special Plexiglas dome protects the food from
sudden changes in temperature and external contamination, permitting service from
both sides.
