Born in 1979, the Master, Executive and Corporate Chef Amato Pantaleone<\/strong>, has achieved numerous qualifications over the years, which allowed him to become teacher and expert consultant on the most innovative cooking and food preservation techniques, such as sous-vide and slow cooking techniques.
\nIn 2013 was awarded by the Association of Professional Italian Chefs recognition ” Cappello d’ Oro career ” to be at least twenty years of career in prestigious structures.
\nAlways in love with cooking and pastry, he constantly manages to renew culinary synergies and mixes between his origins from Campania and an innovative and international vision.
\nIn 2024 he joined the Italian National Chefs
