In Principio it is the origin of an adventure. This is what gives rise to a narrative made up of characters, protagonists and stories. There are times when a plot is renewed, in which a starting point intersects with a new beginning.

This is inspired by In Principio, the new Afinox demo room inaugurated in August 2015. A place that not only represents the start of a new project, but the very origin of our business adventure. It was in this space that two generations ago the foundations of what at the time was born as a small provincial reality were laid.

Today, 7 years after its foundation, Afinox is proud to open the doors of its production facilities, to welcome customers and collaborators in a completely renewed multifunctional space. A modern space, equipped with comfort and catering equipment where words are substituted for the facts.Once technical and commercial explanations are set aside, the engines and the imagination turn on, to create together recipes and events capable of giving life to the Afinox equipment.

In this space of research and experimentation, chefs, dealers and technicians can merge their goals together, to increase the value of a continually renewing technology, designed with passion to improve the experience of people who love their work day after day.
