The Wings
buffet is a refrigerated unit with GN 4/1 container.
It is ideal for appetisers, cooked food and salads, presenting
the dishes elegantly and practically and displaying them
to their full advantage. The special Plexiglas protective
dome protects the food from sudden changes in temperature
and external contamination, permitting service from both
sides.
Wings is designed to be positioned as an island unit or
in-line with other elements in the Samoa series, completing
the self service range. Refrigeration is obtained by means
of a coil embedded in the container which leaves it free
from external components and facilitates cleaning, in
compliance with hygiene standards. The unit is made of
light or dark wood; on request it can be supplied in RAL
colours or unfinished for customisation; its attractive
new design enables it to blend in easily with different
types of furnishing schemes. |
